Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and omcy8 ("Platform" or "We"). This agreement takes effect immediately when you register an account, access the website, use any of our services, or deposit funds into your account on the omcy8 platform.

omcy8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published means you accept those changes.

Eligibility and Account Registration

• Hold only one (1) active account at any one time. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction where access to online betting platforms is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from using this platform or any related platforms.

omcy8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identification card (MyKad) or passport at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

omcy8 supports a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 and the minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all methods.

• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• omcy8 reserves the right to carry out security checks before approving any withdrawal.
• Any attempt at money laundering or suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Deposited funds do not earn interest and cannot be transferred to a third party.

Bonuses and Promotions

omcy8 offers various promotions to new and existing players. The available welcome bonus is a 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM1,500. Every bonus is subject to a wagering requirement before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 must be reached before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus can be active at any one time unless stated otherwise.
• omcy8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained in a manner that violates these terms.
• Additional conditions may apply to specific promotions and will be stated separately.

VIP Programme and Cashback

The omcy8 VIP programme consists of five (5) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit. Players can advance to a higher tier based on their betting activity over time.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

omcy8 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, including tiers, benefits and cashback rates, at any time. Any changes will be communicated to VIP members through official support channels.

User Conduct and Prohibitions

All omcy8 platform users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing or transferring an account to another individual.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or inconsistencies in games.
• Engaging in collusion or conspiracy with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained illegally or using the platform for money laundering.
• Making false claims or complaints against the platform or other players.
• Abusing the bonus system by opening multiple accounts.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and legal action where necessary.

• You have the right to request access to your personal data or request account deletion by contacting customer support.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

• Indirect losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Access difficulties caused by technical limitations of a user's device or internet connection.
• Unauthorised actions carried out by third parties against unsecured accounts.

This platform is provided "as-is". omcy8 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times.

Account Closure and Suspension

omcy8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Breach of any term in this document.
• Fraud, suspicious activity, or recommendation by a relevant authority.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the specified period.
• Actions that compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the omcy8 customer support team, which operates 24/7. Before closure, any valid funds in the account will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction that regulates omcy8's operations. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform will first be resolved through omcy8's internal resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it will be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The decision of that arbitration body is final and binding on both parties.
